This job was an interior infrastructure renovation of the existing Schlitz Brewery. The building required a change from industrial to office space. The main exterior structure was compromised, which required all new structural correction at each floor and enlargement of existing window openings. The project required many additional new services and installations, including new 4,000 amp electric service, new con-ed vaults, new high pressure gas service, new domestic fire and water services, a new elevators, new custom, high-efficiency windows, new RTU mechanical equipment, Solar + complete roofing assembly, an updated steam heating system, complete white box lighting, toilets and lobby, along with complete exterior site package. We worked with Savanna Fund on this project. The architect was Fogarty Finger and the MEP Engineer was MG Engineering.
