Sweet supported Triple Five as construction manager and general contractor, taking over after the cold dark shell was completed. Sweet led the infrastructure buildout, including MEP systems, life-safety installations, and all core interior elements such as corridors, stairwells, ceilings, and flooring.

Work continued in an active mall environment with the construction of over 80 retail stores (320,000+ SF), including demising walls, utility connections, electrical systems, and tenant fit-outs. Sweet also supported infrastructure for key attractions like the Nickelodeon Theme Park, ice rink, Big Snow ski slope, and Mr. Beast Burger.
