This project required the re-imagining, redesign, and renovation of an occupied residential structure into a new luxurious living space just off Central Park West. The scope of work included the replacement of all MEP systems while maintaining active utility services for tenants in residence during construction. Renovations included modern updates to the lobby, roof deck, public corridors, and amenity spaces. Additionally, this project called for the construction of 88 custom residences, including the replacement of dozens of landmark windows.
