Sweet Group was hired by Urban Edge Properties to complete a project at Bruckner Plaza that included new structural piles, concrete slabs, structural steelwork to exterior metal finishes, and a facade renovation. The renovation of the facade included new metal facade panels, storefronts, roofing and exterior insulation finish system. Sweet Group also installed exposed concrete “Brut” board finish retaining walls, new plaza walkways, a new lobby, and new elevators. We were able to accomplish this work to specifications while the site remained open for business.
