Beginning in November 2018 and ending in July 2019, Sweet Group renovated the 80,000 sq ft Burlington Coat Factory. The Burlington Coat Factory renovation was a part of the larger Bruckner Plaza renovation project. Sweet Group replaced the existing building systems and built the all-new electrical system, new sprinklers and fire pumps, and a new HVAC system. Sweet Group also built two new escalators, two new elevators and a new freight elevator for the Burlington Coat Factory.
