The Evelyn hotel was reintroduced in 2018 after a transformation of its spaces, rooms, and dining concepts into an art-nouveau-style building true to its heritage. This project consisted of a redevelopment program of a seven-story pre-war apartment building into 16 first-class luxury condominiums. The project included the addition of the first-floor infill, a new hoist-way for an additional elevator, the construction of a completely new eighth floor and interior renovations of the lobbies, corridors, and residential spaces. The current building totals approximately 72,600 square feet and houses three retail tenants as well.
