Sweet Group recently completed the fit-out of Floors 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 for iCandy, an immersive retail destination located within the world-famous One Times Square, home to the iconic New Year’s Eve Ball Drop watched by millions each year.

The project encompassed a comprehensive architectural and MEP fit-out across all five levels, requiring close coordination to meet the technical demands of a high-profile, multi-story retail environment in the heart of Times Square. In addition to the core building systems, Sweet Group delivered highly customized theming packages on Floors 10 through 13, transforming each level into a visually engaging and experiential space.

Designed to take visitors on a multi-floor journey through the world of candy, the wildly creative interiors combine bold colors, immersive design elements, and interactive moments to create a one-of-a-kind New York City retail experience. The completed space blends technical precision with imaginative design, reinforcing Sweet Group’s expertise in delivering complex, high-impact retail environments at iconic locations.
