​Lafayette 148 is a global lifestyle brand led by women, for women. Sweet Group has completed multiple projects for the company, including the renovation and build-out of their corporate headquarters in New York City, located at 148 Lafayette Street, the very address for which it is named. The 4-floor, 48,000 square-foot build-out included executive offices, a conference room with state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, a full-service tailor shop, an IT equipment room, a back-of-house office space, a pantry, a designer showroom, and glass transoms. Sweet Group also completed a 68,000-square-foot build-out for the retail company at the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Building 77, a one-million-square-foot building that underwent a $185 million transformation from windowless slab to modern office space.
