The space was designed and built to showcase Lutron’s various product lines and systems for lighting, solar shades, receptacles, & devices. The project consisted of the construction of conference rooms, showrooms, training rooms, open areas for staff and tech use, kitchen areas, reception areas, and a simulation hotel room which included a bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Some of the finishes included new oak millwork throughout the space, including oak doors and jambs, plaster walls, Sheetrock ceilings, hung ceiling panels, wall coverings, oak wood floors, carpet, ceramic tile and stone countertops.
