Served as the general contractor for a multi-phase renovation of an active hospital facility, delivering comprehensive upgrades across five occupied floors while maintaining uninterrupted healthcare operations.

The project included extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, and architectural improvements, featuring HVAC system upgrades, electrical distribution and lighting enhancements, fire sprinkler modifications, and modernized interior finishes. Construction activities were carefully coordinated to meet stringent Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols and life-safety requirements, ensuring patient care remained uninterrupted throughout the project.

Through detailed planning, close collaboration with hospital staff and trade partners, and rigorous quality control, the project team successfully managed complex system integrations, scheduled utility shutdowns, coordinated inspections, and completed each phase in compliance with all applicable healthcare, building, and fire code requirements.
