This 26-floor infrastructure renovation included significant upgrades to modernize this historic building. The 270,000-square-foot project included the demolition and reconstruction of 17 floors, including new mechanical platforms, a new elevated switch gear room, new fire and life services, a new security integrator, new plumbing, new elevators, new public bathrooms and a new lobby.
