This project was the first flagship store for Ray-Ban in New York City. The job included a full interior demolition (including removal of 2/3 of the first-floor slab to create a large stair opening to the basement), new sprinkler systems, new HVAC systems, interior/exterior structural work, the installation of interior steel stairs with wood treads, the fabrication and installation of glass railings, a new elevator, new electrical service, utilities, and systems.
