Sweet Group completed this 35,000-square-foot office fit-out of RVMs commercial space in Jersey City, NJ.  The $3.25M renovation was extremely complex as the building was completely occupied at the time of construction. Sweet Group was able to complete the infrastructure work, on an expedited timeline of sixteen weeks, with no disturbances to RVM daily operations or those of other tenants. The project also involved the installation of a new mechanical system and the reconstruction of the main bathroom infrastructure.
