Sweet Group successfully completed the 88,000-square-foot, 13-story luxury boutique hotel, now known as Haven Park Hotel by Wyndham. Situated on the Manhattan/Bronx border for convenient access to the subway and highways, the project required underpinning of several surrounding buildings to accommodate a deep foundation supporting the 12-story steel frame and 100 installed caissons.

The hotel features state-of-the-art mechanical and security systems, advanced A/V technology, and a gas-fired standby generator. All guest rooms include custom-built millwork, and three elevators were installed for vertical circulation. A green roof was constructed to provide both occupant amenities and stormwater management. Sweet also built a full-service restaurant, Rosa's on Park, on the ground floor, with outdoor dining on the second-floor green roof setback. Additionally, a basement parking facility with lifts was completed to support hotel operations.
