The Sweet Construction Group was awarded a new 88,000-square-foot, 13-story luxury boutique hotel, now called Have Park Hotel by Wyndham. The hotel was constructed on the Manhattan/Bronx border due to the logistical proximity of the subway and highways.  We performed underpinning of several surrounding buildings to accommodate a deep foundation to support the 12-story steel frame and installation of 100 caissons.

The hotel features state-of-the-art mechanical, security equipment, A/V systems, and a gas-fired standby generator.  All hotel rooms had built-in millwork. Three elevators were installed. A green roof was also constructed for occupant and visitor use as well as stormwater management. In addition to the rooms, Sweet built a full-service restaurant, Rosa's on Park, on the ground floor and outdoor dining on the second-floor green roof setback. Sweet also constructed a basement parking facility complete with lifts.
