Sweet Group's WeWork/WeLive project consisted of complete demolition and reconstruction of a 28-story building at 110 Wall Street in Manhattan. The project included renovation of the lobby, two floors of retail, five floors of office space and 21 floors of residential units (208 3-bedroom apartment units).
The project included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing on each floor, upgrades to 10 elevators, a new fire alarm system and a standby generator. The lobby renovation included the installation of new travertine walls and metal base, Lutron lighting system, a leather floor, new wall paneling and refinishing of existing wall paneling, and a fully functional “3D” lobby desk. Other lobby features included a fire command station, new turnstiles, a new security system, a projector for community viewing, and intumescent paint on exposed columns.
