JOB DESCRIPTION:
Consists of a new building to house Queens Botanical Garden's educational programs and program offices. The building aims to provide exceptional energy efficiency and environmental performance for all design and engineering elements, and efficient and artful integration of program spaces, and creative display of sustainability initiatives.

General construction work orders spanning all NYCHA developments Citywide. Work covers all trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, demolition, painting, masonry, abatement, and more.

Phased renovation of 14 waste yards at 10 NYCHA developments citywide, including repair and replacement of trash compactors, fencing, paving, storage infrastructure, pneumatic waste systems, and electrical work for machinery and CCTV.
